So I keep eating a lot more because I’m exercising more, and need more fuel to get through the day. Is there any advice to prevent myself from eating too much, and still having a negative intake each day so that I can lose weight?

Hi. Been going to the gym everyday, so I’m like freaking out this weekend since I don’t have gym access and I forgot my sneakers and therefore cannot exercise. Fuck. Fuck. Fuck. but anyways, I’m going to try to restrict my diet to 1000-1200 calories per day. I’ve never been very good at calorie counting, but here I go.
And I’m going to go to the gym at a minimum of 1 hour a day. Weigh in is in fuck 3 days. Bye bye money. >___<
775 calories burned and 7 miles ran last night?? What up my nikka?? I’m gonna stay in this weight loss grind. Especially since I have money riding on it.
But you know what pisses me off my friend loses visible weight and all she does is stay in her room, watch shows on her laptop, and eat. She doesn’t even exercise and I’m working my ass off literally and I’m losing to her. Fuck that.
